In what format can the drawings be sent? The files can be sent in any format such as TIFF, JPEG, DWG, PDF, Paper drawings can also couriered to our office. AutoCAD drawings can also be sent to us for 3D Perspective. 3. What drawing standards are followed? We follow EU, ASHRAE & AIA design standards, stipulate and practices 4. How do we communicate? We can email or phone or Fax or setup an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) for large size of files. 5. What kind of turnaround time can be expected? The turnaround time depends totally on the project as well as on the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required. 6. How does one ensure security of data? Data is protected by server level authentication and external threat by Unified Threat Management (UTM). Having set authorized physical entry and exit using access control system. 7. How can we transfer large size of files? We have very fast Internet services and can transfer a huge amount of data through FTP. Alternatively, depending on your comfort, we can burn a CD and post it to you. 8. Are these services permissible under law? These NET enabled services are covered under WTO agreement 9. How are invoices paid? In any international currency agreed by us. |
